Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Quadrillionaire account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Quadrillionaire.
  2. Go to the Portfolio tab → SettingsAccount.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your cloud save and account record are deleted and you're signed out.

Option 2 — By email / web request

If you can't access the app, email support.quadrillionaire@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address linked to your account, or including the sign-in method you used (Apple / Google / Microsoft / email). We may ask one question to verify ownership. We complete verified deletions within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record and authentication link (Apple/Google/Microsoft/email identifier).
  • Your cloud game save (wallet, businesses, empires, holdings, loans, tax, lifestyle and personal assets).
  • Your username and avatar selection.

What may be retained (and why)

  • Limited records we must keep for legal, tax, security or fraud-prevention reasons, kept only as long as required and then deleted.
  • Aggregated/anonymised analytics that no longer identify you.
  • Purchase records held by Apple/Google under their own policies — we don't control those; contact the store for store-side data.

Guest (no account) data

If you never signed in, your save is stored only on your device. Delete it by resetting progress in-game (Portfolio → Settings → Reset) or by deleting the app.
