These Terms are a binding agreement between you and ParsaDev ("we", "us") governing your use of Quadrillionaire (the "Game") and its website at quadrillionaire.app. By downloading, installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store / Google Play rules and these Terms. We and our licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Game, including all code, art, audio, names and content.
2. Eligibility & age
You must be at least 18 years old to play. The Game is rated 18+ because it contains frequent simulated gambling themes (an in-game casino and underground/government content) — these involve no real-money wagering and no real-world payout or value, but the Game is intended for adults.
3. Accounts
You may play as a guest or create an account via Apple, Google, Microsoft or email. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, cheat, exploit, or harm other players or the service.
4. Virtual items & currency
The Game contains virtual currency and virtual items (e.g. in-game cash, businesses, properties). These:
- have no monetary value, are not real currency or property, and cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of real-world value;
- are licensed, not sold, to you for use within the Game only, and are non-transferable outside the Game;
- may be changed, balanced, expired or removed as part of normal game updates.
Virtual items and currency are not refundable except where required by law.
5. Purchases & ads
- In-app purchases (e.g. the one-time ad-free upgrade) are sold and processed by Apple or Google, subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by them under their policies and applicable law.
- The Game offers optional rewarded video ads (Google AdMob). Watching ads is never required to progress; it is a convenience to skip wait timers and similar.
- A one-time ad-free purchase makes those ad-gated conveniences instant.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: cheat, hack, reverse-engineer, tamper with device clocks or game data, use bots/automation, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, disrupt the service, infringe others' rights, or use the Game unlawfully.
7. Game changes & availability
The Game is provided as an ongoing service. We may add, change, balance or remove features, content and economy values, and may suspend or discontinue the Game or parts of it, at any time. We are not liable to you for changes to virtual items, balancing, or availability.
8. User content
If you set a username/profile, you must not use offensive, infringing or misleading content. We may remove it.
9. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or that progress/saves will never be lost. Back-ups and cloud sync are provided on a best-effort basis.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress or virtual items. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or £/$/€20.
11. Apple & Google specific terms
If you obtained the Game from the Apple App Store, these Terms incorporate Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement minimum terms; Apple is not responsible for the Game or any support/claims, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce these Terms against you. If you obtained it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued play means you accept the updated Terms.
